Throughout these Terms, “Mundus,” “Mundus Foods,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Mundus Foods. “You” refers to anyone who visits the website, creates an account, or purchases our products. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. ## 1. Product Information We work hard to describe and photograph our products accurately. However, our products are made and packaged in small batches, so minor differences in color, texture, appearance, packaging, or presentation may occur. We may update product formulations, packaging, sizes, availability, descriptions, or images when necessary. The ingredient statement and allergen information printed on the product you receive should be treated as the most current information for that product. Ingredients, Allergens, and Dietary Information All Mundus Foods products are plant-based and made without animal-derived ingredients. Not every Mundus product is gluten-free. We produce both gluten-free and wheat-based products in a shared kitchen. Although we follow cleaning and handling procedures intended to reduce cross-contact, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from trace amounts of allergens. Some Mundus dairy-free creamery products are made with cashews. We also make legume-based dairy-free cream cheese using lima beans. Formulas and allergens vary by product and flavor. Products may contain or be produced around wheat, tree nuts, coconut, soy, legumes, or other allergens. Please read the complete ingredient statement and allergen information on each product before purchasing or consuming it. Product names, categories, and general website statements should not replace an individual review of the product label. Prices and Availability Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. The price shown when you place an order will ordinarily be the price charged, except when the website contains an obvious pricing or technical error. For temperature-sensitive products, please retrieve and refrigerate the package promptly after delivery. Mundus is not responsible for spoilage caused by a package being left unattended after confirmed delivery, an incorrect delivery address, or failure to follow the provided storage instructions. Returns, Refunds, and Order Problems Because we sell food, we generally cannot accept physical returns of food products that have left our control. Wholesale and Food-Service Sales Information presented on the public website does not constitute a binding wholesale or food-service offer. Wholesale, custom-production, recurring-production, and food-service orders may be governed by a separate quote, invoice, price sheet, account agreement, or written terms. If those terms conflict with this page, the terms specifically agreed upon for that transaction will control. Wholesale customers and retailers may not repackage, relabel, materially alter, or sell Mundus products under another name without prior written permission. ## 12. Results may vary based on ingredients, equipment, technique, altitude, storage, and other conditions. Always follow safe food-handling practices. Reviews, Comments, and Other Submissions If you submit a review, photograph, recipe idea, comment, testimonial, or other material to Mundus, you confirm that: * You created it or have permission to share it; * It does not violate another person’s rights; * It is not knowingly false, unlawful, threatening, discriminatory, or malicious; and * It does not contain harmful code, spam, or misleading promotional material. You retain ownership of your original content. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, you grant Mundus a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and display content you intentionally submit directly to us for promotional, educational, and business purposes. We are not required to publish or retain submissions and may remove them when reasonably appropriate. ## 14. The Mundus Foods Name, Brand, and Product Representation The Mundus Foods name, logos, product names, label designs, trade dress, slogans, photographs, written copy, and other identifying materials belong to Mundus Foods or are used by us with permission. You may not use the Mundus Foods name, branding, packaging, images, or other materials in a way that: * Falsely suggests that you are Mundus Foods or are officially affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Mundus; * Misrepresents a product’s identity, ingredients, allergens, dietary suitability, origin, quality, condition, or method of production; * Presents an altered, expired, improperly stored, repackaged, or substituted product as an original Mundus product; * Removes, obscures, replaces, or changes our labels or required product information; * Uses our brand to market another company’s products or services without permission; * Creates a misleading domain name, social account, advertisement, listing, menu description, or marketplace listing; or * Otherwise harms or is reasonably likely to confuse customers about the Mundus Foods brand. Retailers and food-service customers may accurately identify genuine Mundus products that they are authorized to sell or serve. This limited permission does not allow anyone to alter our branding, make unsupported claims, or imply a broader partnership without written approval.
