No. We produce gluten-free and wheat-based products in the same kitchen. We follow careful cleaning and handling practices, but we cannot guarantee that cross-contact will never occur.

Some do. Our dairy-free creamery bases are made from cashews, beans, or hazelnuts, depending on the product. Some also contain coconut, and other products may contain or be produced around common allergens. Please check the ingredient and allergen information for the specific product before purchasing.

It means the product contains no refined cane sugar. Depending on the recipe, sweetness may come from ingredients such as date sugar or coconut sugar. It does not mean sugar-free, and the package and product page remain the best source for the exact ingredients.

That is very much the point. Many of our baking mixes can become pancakes, waffles, muffins, biscuits, cakes, cookies, or other useful things. Each package includes directions, and we share additional ideas in Recipes & Blog. Most mixes do one thing. Ours never got the memo.

Yes. Keep it refrigerated, use clean utensils, and return it to the refrigerator promptly after serving.

Unopened dairy-free cream cheese has a 30-day refrigerated shelf life. Once opened, keep it refrigerated, use clean utensils, and enjoy it within 14 days. Follow the date and storage instructions on your package.

Yes. It can be frozen, although the texture may change slightly after thawing. Thaw it in the refrigerator and stir well before using.

Use it in sauces, dips, frostings, pasta, soups, stuffed vegetables, baked dishes, and anywhere a recipe could use something creamy, flavorful, and useful. Bagels are invited. They are simply not in charge.

Seasonal products appear when their ingredients and the calendar make sense. Some return annually, some stay until the preserved harvest runs out, and some politely refuse to follow a rigid schedule. Preservation is part of seasonal eating—not a loophole.
